Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by 12th And Oak Floor Co. LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 113 State Ave #103, Clayton, NC 27520. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

12th And Oak Floor Co. provides professional hardwood flooring services throughout Johnston, Wake, and Durham Counties in North Carolina, including:

• Hardwood floor installation
• Hardwood floor refinishing and recoating
• Hardwood floor sanding and repair
• LVP and laminate flooring installation
• Staircase remodeling
• Custom CNC flush-mount floor vents

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from 12th And Oak Floor Co., you agree to the following terms:

Program description: We send SMS messages to communicate with you about your flooring project, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, project status updates, and other service-related communications.

Opt-in: You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number through our website contact form, by texting us directly, or by verbally consenting during a consultation or phone call.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-enroll, text START to our number.

Help: For help or more information, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 984-400-4OAK or info@12thandoak.com.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and the stage of your service. You may receive several messages during an active project.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

No third-party sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to communicate with you about your flooring project.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, including subfloor conditions, hidden damage, or scope changes requested by the customer. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work outside the original estimate.

Written estimates are provided after a free in-home assessment. Verbal estimates are approximations only and are not binding.

Warranty

All completed work carries a five-year warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, water damage beyond normal household conditions, structural movement, or modifications made by others after project completion. Warranty claims must be reported to us in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcome and avoid delays, customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the work area is accessible and free of personal belongings before the scheduled start date
• Arranging furniture removal prior to our arrival (we coordinate with a trusted third-party moving company upon request)
• Maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity levels in the home during and after installation
• Following all post-installation care instructions provided by our team
• Keeping pets and children out of work areas during active work and finish curing periods

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 12th And Oak Floor Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Johnston County, North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services and communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
