   • Recommend the best installation method for your selected flooring type
3. Proposal & Approval
   You’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal including:
   
   • Scope of work
   • Material and labor pricing
   • Project timeline
   • Optional upgrades or prep services (e.g., subfloor leveling, moisture barriers)
4. Scheduling & Prep
   With your approval and deposit:
   • We order materials
   • Lock in your install date
   • Provide prep instructions (we can schedule our trusted movers if needed)
5. Installation
   Our certified installers will:
   • Acclimate materials if required
   • Protect the site and work efficiently
   • Use best-practice techniques for your specific floor type (e.g., nail-down for hardwood, floating for laminate, stretch-in for carpet, etc.)
6. Final Touches & Care
   Once your floors are installed, we:
   • Clean the area
   • Provide maintenance guidance tailored to your flooring
   • Leave you with a complimentary cleaning kit to keep your floors looking great
